Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple Inc, passed away last night at his home in California, just a day after the company announced their new iPhone, the world is mourning the loss of someone who really changed the way we use technology from day-to-day.
There is no other way to say it, but the legendary Steve Jobs is no more. The iconic Apple founder had been battling with various ailments for quite some time.
As many had suspected Apple's new CEO Tim Cook took to the stage at their Cupertino Head Quarters to unveil their new iPhone. But it wasn't the iPhone 5 that we had all hoped for - but a iPhone 4S - essentially the same phone on the outside, but a handset that has been completely redesigned on the inside.
So no new iPhone 5, but as many had predicted an iPhone 4s. It does indeed come with the iPad A5 processor, and a new 8-megapixel camera.
You can preorder from October 7th, and will be on sale on the 14th. The handset will come in both Black and White. The prices are: 16GB for $199, 32GB for $299, and 64GB for $399.
It’s going to be available in US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany and Japan.
