Halloween is fast approaching. October 30th, there’ll be kids all over the country hyperactive on sugar and having the time of their little lives. But why should they get all the fun? Grab yourself some gadgets and throw the party of the century!
I hate to mention it, but it’s rapidly becoming autumn. (Well, it’s probably already autumn but since I live trapped in front of a computer screen then I wouldn’t really know.) And after autumn comes winter. And that means one thing- coldness.
This year I hope to be packing the Refugium Jacket from Mountain Hardware. As jackets go it probably wouldn’t hold up on the catwalk, although it is a bit more stylish than your usual outdoor gear. But the really genius thing is the inbuilt heating. Yeah baby!
Now I know it’s only September, and we shouldn’t mention the ‘c’ word, but people: it’ll soon be under 100 days until Christmas. For those organised people out there, it’s time to start planning (for the rest of us, it’s time to pretend to start planning when really we know we’ll just shop on Christmas Eve like always).

I don’t know if any of you saw the finale of Dragons Den earlier this week, but one of the products that caught the eye of the Gaj-it team was the Motormouse. Designed by British entrepreneurs Patti and David Bailey (apparently after David received a car topped novelty 50th birthday cake!) the Motormouse is a wireless mouse for car enthusiasts. On the show it was given a £120,000 backing by James Caan.
