Spy Gadgets Update: Move up to 008 with the Micro Clip Spy Cam

Ok, so now you’ve tried the SAS Spy Pen and The Mini Spy Video Camera so now you must be at that point in your spy training where you’ve caught the bad guy with his pants down (hopefully not literally, unless you’re using these gadgets for completely unethical opportunities) and now you’re asking- what next Agent R?

Well, if you’re hankering to pass Mr Bond then you need to get yourself a Micro Clip spy Camera.

This one is a tiny little camera (only 5cm long) which is mounted on a handy little clip, and is robust enough to hide pretty much anywhere. Clip it to your lapel (might be a bit visible but you can decorate it up as a badge), your curtains or the coat on the back of your door and away you go. If you’re wanting out of the spy game, you could just clip it to the Alloy Shark RC Helecopter posted the other day and get some brilliant aerial home videos.

The Micro Clip Spy Cam doesn’t film as much as the Mini Spy Video Camera- only 40 mins per 1GB- but it will be a clearer image, since this one has a 2 mega pixel lens. It also has Vox mode, which enables it to start recording when it detects a noise, meaning that you don’t have to be in Goldfinger (of Gary’s) secret hideout to press play. Always a bonus for the stealthier lifestyle. It comes with a 2GB micro SD card, which can be expanded up to 8GB too, so you can leave it for a few hours before having to sneak back in to get the footage out again. It also doubles up as a web cam, so you can explain away your ownership of it.
