After leaked images and rumours circulating around the internet last week, LG have today officially announced the launch of the LG Arena KM900.
The LG Arena is the first of LG's handsets to feature their new and innovative 3D user interface. The interface features a cube-based layout, with four customisable home screens for easy access to all features.
"The direct and dynamic UI is unlike anything that has been featured on a mobile phone before. The rich 3D graphics, touch sensitivity and dynamic multimedia capabilities, make LG ARENA a truly feature loaded multimedia phone." Says Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO – LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
There's no further spec leaks that we didn't already know of. The phone features WiFi, A-GPS, HSDPA, a 5.0megapixel camera, DIVX and Dolby technologies.
However the press release promises that further details and surprises will be released at a press conference at Mobile World Congress on February 16th at 2.00pm (CET).
