T-Equaliser. What the Terminator would wear if he were cool enough.

t-equaliserHow do you improve on the classic t-shirt? It’s the question the fashion savvy have been asking for years. Weird designs? New colours? So many holes that there is very little actual t-shirt left?

How about an electro luminescence panel across the front that reacts to whatever music you’re playing while wearing it? Welcome to the catwalk- the T-Equaliser Music T-shirt.

Available for both men and women, and with designs including ‘raver’ (shades of red on a black t-shirt), ‘chiller’ (shades of blue on a black t-shirt) or ‘heart’ (heart shaped on a pink t-shirt) the T-Equiliser Music T-shirt uses a built in sound sensitive spectrum analyzer to light up your chest in time to the beat of the music. Now you too can look like a sound desk.

Actually, if you know any DJs or sound technicians, this would be a great gift to give them that extra edge at work.

It’s battery operated (four AAA batteries required) from a tiny hidden pack in the hem, making the T-Equiliser light weight enough to wear.

The battery pack does come out for washing too, so your t-shirt doesn’t always have to smell like a roadies arm pit. Just remember to hand wash it not stick it in the washing machine, or your cool new style will never rock out again.

The shirt works with any music, from thrash metal to classical strains, so whatever your taste you’ll definitely get noticed.

Wear it out to the darkest club you know and you’ll have no end of attention all night (although be careful girls- if he stares at it for too long he may be mesmerised by more than just the flashy colours!). Much more effective than the usual comedy t-shirts with their tired little slogans and swears- you can even wear this one to dinner with your Gran.

Also available are similar styles with wi-fi detectors, dancing figures and digital clocks.

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
