Once upon a time Apple and Samsung enjoyed cordial business relationship, so much that Samsung was one of the most prominent suppliers for the Cupertino company. However, things are a lot different now. Apple filed a suit against the Korean company alleging infringement of its patents. Things have got a lot acrimonious since
then.
However, now Apple is being accused of fiddling with evidence against Samsung. According to Webwereld, a Dutch technology website, it seems like Apple has misrepresented its photographic evidences against Galaxy S II smartphone. A photograph submitted by Apple shows that Galaxy S II shares its dimensions with Apple iPhone and thus infringe upon Apple's Intellectual Property. However, in reality Galaxy S II is both taller and wider than iPhone.
Both Apple and Samsung have yet to issue any comments on the recent findings. A recent decision had imposed a temporary ban on the sale of Galaxy Tab in the European Union. However, later the ban was lifted on the technical ground. Samsung Galaxy Tab is considered to be one of the most popular non-iPad tablets. Apple has already been found guilty of tempering images of Galaxy Tab. Samsung is planning to launch new variants of Galaxy S II in the near future.

With such a competitive marketplace it doesn’t surprise me that this has happened. Apple create products that naturally get a lot of public support and sales, so from Samsung’s POV it would make commercial sense to closely mimic their designs. We see it with every brand these days, with the possible exception of Apple themselves.
Samsung get a lot of insight into the next Apple products as they make a lot of the components but even with that information they still can’t beat Apple to the release or better what Apple can do.
