The Lulz hacker team is on the rampage this summer. After successfully hacking Fox, Sony, Nintendo and the FBI (to name but a few) the Lul boat has turned its cyber cannons to a rather peculiar target, the NHS, not some obscure tech company, the actually NHS, National Health Service.
The team claim that the hack gained them access to sensitive information such as admin passwords. But this wasn't simply a dangerous prank or a campaign against Cameron's reform plans. Instead, the group claim that they are offering a 'service' "we mean no harm" they said, "We just want to help you fix your tech issues." I'm sure Scotland Yard won't see it quite that way. But rather them than a malicious hacker.
The NHS of course was quick to react. A spokesperson from the Department of Health told the BBC, “This is a local issue affecting a very small number of website administrators. No patient information has been compromised,” “No national NHS information systems have been affected. The Department has issued guidance to the local NHS about how to protect and secure all their information assets.”
You've got to wonder who is watching over Lulz after this hack. If hitting Sony wasn't enough to gain high-profile national media attention, then this certainly is.

If I was relying on the so called Lulz Boat … my first thoughts would be about Exocets and guided underwater devices. Let alone the lack of interest the NHS magicians might take in my wounded !!!
This post pretty much covered up all my questions, thx :)
