Since its release, Nintendo Wii has always been popular for its ‘fit fantastic’ games, so it’s no wonder that they are getting us ready again for some more Wii action with their latest addition to their ‘couch potato busting’ games, the Wii Fit. Comprising of a yoga style board, Nintendo Wii hopes that the Wii Fit will be the perfect workout companion for all the family.

With this game you can turn your living room or bedroom into a fully fledged workout room, without having to spend hundreds of pounds at the gym. Also, if you're a bit of a workout junkie then show off and compare the results of your workout through the new channel on the Wii Menu.

The Wii fitness board will get you exercising all parts of your body with heart pumping aerobatics and muscle toning features. It can also help you improve your balance with its yoga and other general activity games.

This fat fighting and enjoyable game is all controlled with the Wii Fit yoga style board or the ‘Balance Board’ as it has been called by Nintendo. This compact board will enable you to have a full workout and can simply be packed away after without any trails… well at least after you’ve had a shower!

Tracked by the Wii Fitness software, you’ll be able to test your daily fitness, by letting it calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index), aswell as your overall general fitness.

Release date of the Wii Fit will be 25th of April, however to ensure that you save your energy for the game rather than the mad rush to shops to get your hands on one, give your fingers a workout instead and click on the link below to pre-order yours just in time for the next Bank Holiday!
