You know that guilt you get when you think about the poor little sweatshop workers which have stitched your clothes and trainers together, well it turns out it's the same for your Apple products.
The US electronics giant has revealed that there has been labour and safety abuses at companies that supply components for its products.
It found a total of 49 workers had been hired before reaching the legal age of employment.
And perhaps even more worrying, the firm also found that 137 workers at a Wintek facility near Shanghai, had suffered adverse health effects after exposure to n-hexane, a chemical used to clean components such as iPhone screens.
Apple says it will reaudit Wintek, which also supplies Nokia.
The findings were published in its annual supplier responsibility report.
Well that's Capitalism for you folks.
At least they have the guts to admit to it.
