While iPad 2 is likely to be released within this month, iPhone 5 is expected to make its debut appearance on June 6th. It is rumored that Cupertino based company will release its next superstar phone during its WWDC conference, which is ostensibly scheduled to be held during June 5th and 9th.
There is a screenshot of an event calendar of Moscone Center doing rounds and it features one entry entitled "Corporate Meeting" to be held there during June 5th and 9th. We are expecting Apple to launch its new phone during this meeting. The rumor is further fueled by the fact that Apple had used this Center for its past WWDC events. Even the dates correspond with the usual WWDC schedule. If Apple is actually going to release the phone on this date, it means that we still have solid 3+ months for speculating about the features of the next generation handset. So let us know your wish list for iPhone 5.
