Capcom are one of the leading figures in gaming so what have they got in store for us in 2011?
Some pretty interesting things actually.
One of the most exciting aspects of the Capcom agenda is the games they are bringing to iOS.
With smartphone games thus far being fairly underwhelming and consisting of either puzzles or fart sounds it's great to see established game developers bringing 'real games' to portable devices.
In the next couple of months we can push our idevice to its limit with Resident Evil VS, Devil May Cry 4 and Zombie Café.
For those who haven't heard of these games, here's a little synopsis to wet your gaming appetite.
Resident Evil Mercenaries VS is an online multiplayer game which is part of console based versions of Resident Evil. You are provided with an opportunity to play as any Resident Evil 5 character that will have to compete online against other players. The game will be available by late February.
Devil May Cry 4 will be offered in late January or February. It will feature the acrobatic combat, epic soundtrack as well stunning visuals you would expect from any Devil May Cry game.
And finally, the Zombie craze shows no signs of settling down yet. In this game you act as a proprietor of a food service business except the catch is, of course, that all your employees are zombies; genius.
You will have to control all zombies, decorate your café as well as cook food for customers. And more interestingly you can send your zombie to attack other cafés and steal their secret recipes.
This game should also be out by the end of January (all being well) and there will be a free mode available!
Sweet.
