It's hardly 'news' but just in case you hadn't heard, Black Ops is the biggest selling video game of all time.
But just to remind us all how many people in the world are running around shooting Castro, Activision has just confirmed that the mega-selling game has passed the $1 billion sales mark.
The figure comes from "internal Activision estimates" and obviously only takes into account November (the month of its release) up until now. Copies are continuing to fly off the shelves and with the January sales coming up it won't be long until Activison hit the $2 billion mark.
And if you thought the hype was going to die down then you won't be happy to hear that the first downloadable content for Black Ops is due in February.
It just shows that the bugs and the negative reviews aren't putting people off. Already COD fanatics have racked up over 600 million gaming hour.
Is there any stopping the beat that is COD?
