Palm has apparently code named its tablet project 'Topaz' and a picture of one of its accessories, a Bluetooth keyboard, has beenleaked out. Although, it is not visible from the picture, but the keyboard is equipped with a 'Windows' key, in addition to a couple of WebOS-specific keys. Though, not many details are available about the mysterious WebOS tablet, but it is rumored to have no hard buttons on the front and is expected to have a smooth form factor.
Palm is also rumored to be working on a Palm Pre-type phone, designed for the lower end of the price spectrum. The phone will not have a key board and is currently a work-in-progress under code name 'Castle'. Palm might be collaborating with Verizon, AT&T and Sprint for launching this phone.
Anyhow, Palm tablet is likely to hit the market in the first half of the 2011, which matches with the announcement made by HP during the issue of their third quarter earnings. Although, we will get to see tons of new tablets during the CES next month, but still webOS tablet is also on our 'highly anticipate tablets' list.
