T-Mobile has announced a very Samsung-ey Christmas treat for its customers. The US carrier company has slashed the prices for its Samsung Galaxy Tab and Samsung Vibrant phone. Now, you do not need to shell out $399.99 for the popular Tab. Samsung Galaxy Tab is now available at 2-years contract price of $349.99. T-Mobile has also lowered the price for its version of Samsung Galaxy S phone. Samsung Vibrant phone is now $149.99 on contract, down from $199.99.
Although, the price cuts are clearly targeted towards reaping holiday shopping opportunity, but the price cut may stay here even after the holiday season. Galaxy Tab had a good run so far and the tablet has already crossed the One Million unit sales mark. T-Mobile is now the first US carrier to slash the price of the tab and the move is likely to garner positive sales stats for it. So, what do you say? Would this price cut make Samsung tablet more attractive to you vis-Ã -vis Apple iPad?
