Most of us have been speculating about the new features that might be included in iPhone 5, the latest variant that Apple would
launch summer 2011. But wait, there is no such official announcement and seems like we are just working on the assumption. However, there are certain pointer which may indicated that probably our assumption is a mere fantasy.
Verizon is likely to get iPhone 4 this spring. Also white iPhone 4 is expected to hit the shelves at around the same time. It is difficult to think why Apple would work towards white iPhone 4 if it already is working on a modified variant iPhone 5. Wouldn't it make sense to just go and release white iPhone 5 along with the regular one. Also, why would Verizon agree to play second fiddle by releasing an iPhone which will soon be obsolete by the newer model?
Now, there are two equally possible scenarios: first possibility is that Apple will release iPhone 5 in spring instead of summer and Verizon will launch iPhone 5 instead of iPhone 4. Second possibility is of Apple delaying the release of iPhone 5 so as to provide Verizon iPhone 4 and White iPhone 4 enough time to milk the market.

I can see Apple trying to milk the iphone 4 for a little longer and delay the iphone 5 for lte. Just because they have always released a new iphone in the spring does not mean that they have too every year. I cannot wait for Verizon to finally have an iphone. Doesn’t matter if its 4 or 5, my area will not see lte 4g for a minute. One of the lovely perks of rural life.
if apple is smart they will release the white iphone 4 and black for verizon next spring at 99 dollar’s and they will sell like hot cake’s.apple will release the iphone 5 summer of 2011,why because every summer we get a new iphone and i don’t see them changing that.
