We've been seeing a bit of a snowball effect with Google Street view. A few people brought up privacy concerns and now this has slowly become a bigger and bigger 'issue' with more people coming forward each day and moaning that Google are breaking their human rights.

Once such couple is Aaron and Christine Boring (no that's not a joke.) In 2008 the Pennsylvanian couple sued Google after a Street View car took pictures of their house. Now, they’ve been awarded $1 and Google is officially labelled a trespasser.

Before you start commenting 'you've missed of the million, you idiot,' I haven't they really did sue Google for one single dollar.

They also claimed that Google’s intrusion somehow decreased their property value but this charge was and Google were sued only for trespassing on their property to take the picture.

Google admitted to trespassing, and will pay the Borings $1.

“This is one sweet dollar of vindication,” the Borings said.

"We are pleased that this lawsuit has finally ended with plaintiffs’ acknowledgment that they are entitled to only $1.” Said Google

I wonder what they'll spend it on?

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
