Angry Bird's is getting festive. A wintery version of the game will be offered as a free upgrade to the Halloween version.
Well, everywhere's covered in snow so we may as well get into the Christmas spirit and pretend we like it and what better way to do this then to sit by the fire with an iPhone playing games with birds in Santa hats.
Makers of the game Rovio tweeted on Friday that "a release date would be dependent on Apple’s approval of the app. The game will initially be available for Android and iOS devices." Though there were hints of an expansion to Windows Phone 7.
It's not going to be the last we see of Angry Birds this Xmas either. The plush toys are coming in December and now there are reports of incoming Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii versions of the game.
No sign of this film though. Surely that is a step too far.
