Is it a phone or is it your PlayStation? Actually, it's both! Although, buzz had been around for quite some time, but now there aresome material evidences about the existence of the mythical device. Sony Ericsson PlayStation phone reportedly features a landscape oriented sliding touchscreen display. The internal specs include 1GB ROM and 512 MB of RAM with 1 GHz Qualcomm chip. The screen dimension is expected to lie somewhere between 3.7 inches and 4.1 inches.

The device is also expected to have access to Sony Marketplace, which is brimful of games. The phone will also support microSD card for augmented storage. Sorry, no memory stick slot on this baby. On the software side, it is likely to come loaded with Gingerbread. The devices is still in the prototype mode and although it is rumored to be heading for 2010 release. We think, 2011 release for this device is more credible. Anyhow, in the meantime, feel free to feast your eyes on these snapshots.
