With a game as mammoth as Fallout you'd expect bugs. In fact, some of them are quite useful or even hilarious, but you don't expect to see glitches in the opening sequence, yet that's exactly what's going down in New Vegas.
The first character you meet spins his head uncontrollably as he talks to you and it all looks a little Exorcisty and creepy. Check out this video to see what I'm talking about. Bethesda has now released a patch to stop the head-spinning.
The PC patch will download automatically and Bethesda says it will resolve “quest and scripting issues.”
There’s been no word on patches for PS3 and Xbox 360, it is not clear whether the consoles are even affected.
The games been receiving positive reviews so far, there's even walkthroughs knocking around already. If it proves as popular and slightly cult-like as Fallout 3, then we're going to be hearing the words New Vegas for months and months to come.

i had no spinning heads on ps3… the fire gecko’s go to the breathe fire though and nothing comes out and my character doesn’t take any damage… pretty useful
