T-Mobile Begins Samsung Omnia 7 Pre-Orders for UK

If you've fallen in love with the Samsung Omnia 7 after seeing it show up in the Windows Phone 7 launch event and have been waiting anxiously to get one in the UK, then get to the T-Mobile website, because the network has now opened up pre-orders for the WP7 device. T-Mobile are preparing to ship the phone over in the next few days although this shipping time is unfortunately expected to be around 10 days.

If you're curious about price then it seems you can grab the brand-spanking WP7 Smartphone for free with one of T-Mobile's 24-month £35 a month contract. This contract lands you with a decent 900 minutes of talk time, 500 texts and unlimited internet use.

If you prefer the more inexpensive contracts, then you can pay as little as £10 a month, but this only lands you with 100 minutes, 100 texts, no unlimited internet, and you still have to buy the Smartphone for £300 so be careful what you get yourself into.

However, these are just two extremes for pricing on the device, so make sure you check out the T-Mobile site for a number of inbetween deals that may suit you. Are you excited about the upcoming Samsung Omnia 7? Are you getting a different WP7 device or using different networks? Let us know in the comments below.

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
