Kinect launch titles announced

Microsoft have announced that there will be nineteen games ready to launch alongside the Kinect in November. The peeps at Microsoft are hoping Kinect will help Xbox grow into the family orientated side of gaming like the Wii has done so well, and this is reflected in the launch titles. But by targeting the family are us ‘real gamers’/die-hard xbox fans going to miss out?

With a full on war expected between Move and Kinect, the titles on offer could make a big difference.

Microsoft’s Chris Lewis says: “The line up of games… delivers an astonishing range of experiences and entertainment which can be enjoyed by everyone”.

The majority of the titles will be ready for launch day although two will follow one week later, while four will hit shelves two weeks after Kinect is released.

Talking over, he's the list,

Kinect Adventures
Kinectimals
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows -part 1
Game Party

Dance Central
Your Shape: Fitness Evolved
The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout
EA Sports Active 2
Zumba Fitness
Get Fit with Mel B

DanceEvolution
Dance Paradise
Kinect Sports
MotionSports
Sports Island Freedom
Kinect Joy Rider
Fighters Uncaged
Sonic Free Riders
Crossboard 7

What do you think? I think it looks like a pile of S**t myself. 'Get Fit with Mel B' takes the biscuit.

Nice professionalism there Jonny, maybe one day you will learn that there are more than just ‘hardcore’ gamers in the world that play nothing more than endless CoD sequels.

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
