So, we had our hits and misses while trying to predict the details about Sony Google TV. While the names for the models were correct,
the pricing predictions were way off. Now, that the product has made its formal debut, so here are the full official details. Sony has introduced four HDTV sets with 24-, 32-, 40- and 46-inch screen. The price tag is going to range from $599.99 to $1,399.99. Probably one of the better features is that all the sets will come with built in WiFi, so you can eliminate that cable clutter lying around.
The detailed pricing of the TVs are as follows. Diminutive 24 incher has been priced at $599.99, while the 32 inches TV will set you back by $799.99. 40 inches TV will carry a price tag of $999.99 and biggest TV of the lot, with 46 inch screen, has been priced at $1,399.99. The sets will have a hand-held RF QWERTY keypad remote, which will also incorporate and optical mouse. Additionally, these TVs can also be controlled using select Android devices. However, the app required for the functionality has yet to hit the market.

Seeing as this is a UK tech site, any idea of when these TV’s will be available in the UK? Reading about US availability is all well and good, but I’d go to a US site if I wanted to know that :)
There is no word on UK pricing yet and the TV itself is likely to be available only in 2011.
