Have you completed Final Fantasy XIII with the hope of something more? Perhaps a part 2? Well an interview with FF13 producer Yoshinori Kitase has given us hints that a part 2 is on the way, with Square Enix working on it right now.
In the interview, which was published in the Final Fantasy XIII Ultimania Omega guide, Kitase has said that he's planning to give the fans more in terms of lore and other featuring elements that haven't made it in Final Fantasy Versus 13. If this isn't a hint at a sequel or part 2, I don't know what to think.
It wasn't confirmed if the game being worked on really was part 2, but Kitase has confirmed that the FFXIII team are working on their next game right now and said that the game will feature elements that weren't able to be put into FFXIII DLC. Kitase has also said that this will be completed in the next 2 years.
Final Fantasy 13 director Motomu Toriyama has also been noted to say, "I'd like at some point to make a story where Lightning ends up happy." So the chances of a sequel are looking pretty likely. What would you like to see from a Final Fantasy XIII sequel? I would personally like an excuse to have a battle with the colossus fal'Cie Titan. Leave your thoughts below.

I would like to see whatever it is not announced until there’s less than 6 months until its release. And amazing how they can make a sequel to something that got horrible reviews within 2 years, but they can’t get their shit together for games fans actually want. Including ones announced 4 years ago.
