We already know that the iOS 4.2 beta has been handed over to developers and has its fancy new AirPrint feature, but Apple Insider have fished out some of the other more subtle features to come from Apple's upcoming OS update.
The update comes with the built-in YouTube app now allowing ranking (using the thumbs up and thumbs down system) of videos, a Facetime link in the messages app, support for CoreMIDI, an iTunes link in the iPad Videos app, and improved restrictions in the settings application.
There have been a couple of issues found as well, although since this is a Beta it's not particularly suprising and Apple have even said to only install the beta on devices to test the software. That said, there are some reported issues with calls and messages as well as the new AirPrint feature being a little patchy (although it is incomplete).
So what do you think of these little changes? Are they welcome tweaks or are you hoping for other features as impressive as AirPrint? Leave your thoughts below.
