After the release of the JailbreakMe app and ultrasn0w unlock to jailbreak your iPhone 4, it has now been reported that all is not well as some users have reported a decrease in their battery life. It has been revealed that the two used together are eating away at people’s battery lives.
Users have said that on standby, on average, their battery life has decreased by 5% an hour, however ultrasn0w has responded by saying that the problem is due to the jailbreak apps and not the actual unlock of the device, however some users have said that since they have removed ultrasn0w’s unlock and kept the iPhone 4 jailbreak, the battery issues have disappeared.
The iPhone Dev Team, Planetbeing have said to be looking into the issue so we’ll keep you updated on any developments to the iPhone 4 battery issue.

I have wifi tether problem after JB and Unlock.
My system was 3Gs updated to IOS4.
Massive battery life reduction after installing.
I had the same problem till the Dev team came out with an update on Ultrasnow unlock that brought my iphone 4 back on the track. Now I recharge once in two days.
I advise everyone to update the Ultrasnow unlock and enjoy their iphones.
