Amazon have dropped the price to of their Kindle 3G to $189 after Barnes and Noble announced that they would be reducing the price of their Nook 3G to $199.
The price now makes the Kindle cheaper than the Nook and it is hoped that this has sparked a price war between the two which can only mean good news for consumers. Consumers have now two 3G ebook readers to choose from which are both under $200.
I wonder if Barnes and Noble will respond to Amazon price cut on their Amazon Kindle? Well, it would certainly be a good move, especially if they want to stay ahead of the competition.
