The iPhone app, Bing from Microsoft has been updated with a whole host of new feature and changes.
As well as aesthetic changes and tweaks to the stability of the app, more features to the app include the ability to copy and paste URLs, sharing search results via email and also offering parental controls which can be amended using the app's search settings. In addition to this the new Bing app also allows users to edit their search history.
Other updates to the Bing iPhone app include being able to bookmark maps, directions, websites, businesses, search terms and local weather reports direct from the Bing homepage.
It has already been reported that the app has been downloaded by more than one million users at present; however I am wondering whether this trend is set to increase where iPhone users are likely to use the Bing app rather than the Google search engine on the iPhone?
