The HP Slate may not have made an appearance at the Oscars like the Apple iPad, however HP have uploaded brand new videos showing off its Windows 7 slate device that features Adobe's Flash.
Now we haven't heard much about the HP Slate since it was paraded at the CES show, however a new video has appeared from Adobe which shows Flash in action. The clip shows it runs flash for sites such as Hulu as well as casual games apps such as AIR applications.
However, more interestingly I can't help wondering whether HP are making a mockery of the iPad, especially as the first video highlights the fact that it support flash, something which Apple have been reluctant to adopt on their iPad device from the outset and secondly the strikingly similarities in the HP video and the Apple iPad commercial which was shown at the Oscars. Check out the iPad/HP cloned video below:
Details have yet to be confirmed about the HP Slate release date and pricing however it is expected to similarly priced to the iPad. So people, it decision time? Which one would you choose? The HP Slate or the Apple iPad? Leave us a comment and let us know what you think?
