The makers of Flash, the PDF file format and the popular Photoshop photo editing software, Adobe, has released a simple iPhone photo editing program which works in conjunction with their photo website Photoshop.com.
The new iPhone app is called Photoshop.com and it allows you to make simple modifications to the images that you have stored on your phone. The application also works with Adobe's website Photoshop.com and if you have a Photoshop.com account you can upload, store, and share all of your iPhone photos. You can also access your complete Photoshop.com photo library right from your iPhone. Photoshop.com accounts come with 2GB of online storage which is enough room for about 1,500 images.
The app comes with several photo manipulation tools including crop, rotate and flip. You can also add effects to your photos like soft focus (which gives photos a subtle blur for artistic effect). Another interesting feature is the sketch tool which makes photos look like drawings.
Adobe have only made this available in the US and Canada app store at the moment. If there is any news on when it will be released for UK iPhone users we will let you know.
