How many rumors/ Speculations have you heard in the rumor world over the last couple of weeks about Apples new Snow Leopard? I could answer that for you….A lot!
But amongst this, the online Apple Store went down yesterday morning very sneakily, only to be re-sparked later with new Snow Leopard release information – August 28th. But the first thing that hits you is the new icon for the software, which is the Snow Leopard leaked last week, which therefore turns out to be legit.
The pricing strategies actually remain the same as we first thought. If you are upgrading from OS X Leopard then the prices will be £25 for the single user upgrade and £39 for the family pack which is for 5 different computers, it is so cheap because Apple wants everybody to upgrade. It is important to note though that if you are not upgrading from Leopard then you have to pay quite a bit more.
Roll on the 28th I say!
