The 5 best technology videos and virals

The 5 best technology videos you'll ever see...for now anyway
The hamster dance, the dancing baby, frog in a blender. There are literally hundreds of thousands of viral videos and games on the internet but very few of them make it. Here at Gaj-it, we’ve sorted through the good, the bad and the down-right ugly to bring you five of the best technology videos currently circulating Geekdom.

Read on to see the best of the best as we show you the latest crime prevention technologies, the evolution of machine and a little bit of Neil Buchanon.

And no list would be complete without mentioning the iPhone, right?

1. By far the best I’ve seen. The following video for Lenovo’s SMS Kill Switch sees a man calmly kill a mugger. Fantastic.

2. A new, inventive way to combat skin cancer brought to you by Casualty of Design. Scary if anyone’s gullible to believe it, but therein lies the message.

3. Okay, so it’s in German. Fair point. But this clip from agency Scholz&Friends in Berlin was created for Saturn. It shows the evolution of technology. Fun but irrelevant- we all know God made machine.

4. This resembles a ‘Big Art Attack’. Sony have certainly got creative and, for that, they win the coveted number four position in our viral chart.

5. To finish things up, something seemingly boring to some, but the holy grail for others- the unboxing of the iPhone 3G by the T3 Gadget Show. There’s also a little extra in the form of T3 covergirl Victoria- “enjoy lads”.

  • Yep – sent ‘computer tan’ round the office. Two suckers already. Simply incredible.

  • Haha. Glad you liked it.
Just shows the importance of the internet in modern PR, health awareness and general prank-setting. :D

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
