Want the New iPhone? Let the Waiting Begin!

It seems that before the Apple’s new 3G iPhone has even been released and put on the shelves in the UK; customers will still have to wait to get their hands on one.

Reports are stating that the pre-ordered sales have hit the roof and just like the fabled Wii release, there are just no more units left for the average Joe to go and pick one up in their local store.

What does this mean? Well I for one know that eBay sales will hit the roof as those ‘sneaky’ individuals will have pre-ordered more than one and rather than selling it at a higher than normal price, it will be more like selling your limb to get one. (You got to love eBay!)

  • We have to just wait couple of months. then the prices will come right down. As no body wants to pay £35 for 600 min for 18 month contract and a £100 deposit.

Present economy who wants to spend £35 or £45 /month. People are more willing to cut their monthly out goings.

I will wait and buy when prices do down. mean while I am going to ‘three’ or probably go for blackberry BOLD.

  • I think the Apple fans will make sure this is a seller.

I wonder if they bring out a dog lead will the Apple fans make that a success as well

  • In all honestly for a phone with these features I think its a reasonable price to pay. I want one myself.

As proved by the sales so far it will be a huge success to Apple fans and normal people like me who aren’t Apple fans.

Arutha, Dog leads?? well I wouldn’t be suprised..

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
