Preview: FusionFall – Let the Try-outs Begin!

Overview

FusionFall, an online multi-player game from cartoon network. Currently, a few lucky gamers have been picked, to try out a Beta version of the “massively” hit game. FusionFall started its try-out, Beta version on the 5th and will end on the 7th. Once the lucky gamers, have given their verdict, the game will be scheduled for release on the 14th of January 2009.

Game Plot

Planet Fusion has travelled through the universe, at the rate of light speeds, and decimated all other, co-existing planets and civilisation. Now in the search of “earth,” Planet Fusion has arrived, with a motive, to wipe all existence of humankind. But, only one thing remains in its way…You! Once subscribed to FusionFall, you must create a cool Avatar – This is you! Once you have created a Mini-You, then your ready to fight against evil. However, you need not to worry, because you have a helping hand, in the form of Cartoon Networks, characters. As you roam, you get to meet, all your favourite characters, and know their individual powers. Some such, confirmed characters are Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd and Eddy, Ben 10, Codename Kids Next Door, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and much, much more.

We are still not sure the extent of the games capacity, because it is still in production, but it will keep all of us entertained for months, if not years.

Special Features

FusionFalls, Cartoon Network characters are called Nanos, which as said earlier – Miniature Cartoon Network characters. They all help, as you attempt to battle against evil. Your Nanos hover at your side, and are called up when needed, for an example, Mojo Jojo can help you ran faster, while Mandark will you help you jump higher. However when on a mission, you may only take a maximum of three Nanos, but when in a team, all Nanos are shared.

Be careful when you up against Planet Fusion, as they have “mirrored,” your Nanos, and have created “Fusion Nanos,” that will counteract against your Nanos.

FactFile

If FusionFall proves a success, then a television series will predominately follow. And if you like the game too, expect everyone of your favourite characters to follow.

FusionFall is known as a “MMORPGs,” game that is abbreviated for: Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game – Role Playing Game (RPG) simply means that you as the character take the main Role of the game.
