iPhone and iPad App: Have Some Chocolatey Fun with Penguin Meltdown!

For all you iPhone and iPad lovers out there, here is an app that needs to be part of your games shortcuts. Forget the likes of Angry Birds or Fruit Ninja because let me introduce to you the highly addictive Penguin Meltdown, the iPhone and iPad game to promote Mars' new milk shakes: Mars Thick Shake, Galaxy Thick Shake, and MilkyWay Thick Shake.

The idea is to make sure you use your gaming skills on your Apple device to guide the penguin to safety over the chocolate lake. You’ll see how you can bounce and fly loveable penguin using your iPhone or iPad keypad. I have downloaded the game and I am totally addicted to it, however something which I don’t understand and this is my chocolate loving side coming out but if I was asked to jump in or jump over a lake of chocolate, I would jump in! What would you do I wonder?

Check out the video below and see for yourself how the app works and if you’re wanting to get the app for yourself then head over to the Apple website and download the app for absolutely free:

You might think that this game is just a bit of pointless fun, however if you’re a bit of a chocolate fiend then Galaxy are also giving you a chance to win some chocolate goodies such as the chocolate sunglasses or a set of thick new milkshakes to try.  All you need to do is head over to their Embrace the Meltdown competition page to enter and win!

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
