I explained how in my post, the iPhones we shifting like hot cakes. So it’s no surprise that Carphone Warehouse have confirmed that they are sold out and aren’t sure whether they will restock.
“We have now confirmed that the 8GB iPhone has sold out in Carphone Warehouse and O2 stores nationwide. We are reviewing our stock situation after such phenomenal demand but first and foremost we are pleased the price promotion has allowed more and more customers to appreciate the excitement of the iPhone.”

O2 has also reportedly called an end to any plans to stock more of Apple’s lower storage cells, with the product coming ‘to end of life’.
The price cut's worked a treat, but if you didn’t get one don’t despair, as there maybe a cheaper 16GB version available very soon so keep your eyes peeled on the site for more information. However, if you still really want the 8GB then your only chance now is to either buy one from Apple directly (click here*) for £269 or eBay here*.

Still wondering how can the 8GB iphone be available at a peanut’s price and guess what! The stock is over:(
If I would have hit the Carphone warehouse or O2 stores on time even I would have had this discounted marvel in my hand by now.
Now I plan to keep my eyes hooked on the still cheaper 16GB Version or else I can buy the 8GB version from Apple directly.

Well if you get the iPhone from the Apple store then you could have bought it last year at that price, so it depends on how desperate you are to have one?
