Would the Next Google Nexus be 4G: Device Specs Leak

The rumors so far have been pointing that Apple's iPhone 5 or 4S would still be a 3G device and would not be LTE ready. However, it looks like Google is doing its best to beat Apple by launching the next iteration of its self-branded Google Nexus Phone with 4G capabilities. The phone is likely to be released in Fall and would be a dual-core handset. Apparently, the good people at BGR managed to paw Google Nexus 4G spec sheet and they have the claimed the handset to be an "absolute beast." After going through the technical specifications, we kind of agree with them.

The phone is likely to have 1 GB of RAM and will have dual camera with 5 MP on the rear side while the front facing camera would be able to capture pictures at 1 MP resolution. It will also be able to capture and play Hi-Def videos at 1080 p resolution. The phone will emulate the latest trend of giant size screen with its 4 inch display. It may also do away with all physical buttons.

The phone is also likely to come with Android 4.0, thus effectively making it a Flagship Ice Cream Sandwich device. The company had demoed the platform at its I/O developer conference. Android 4.0 will bring some new features such as motion detection a la Kinect. Let the countdown begin.
