Cool Website: DanceJam – Time for Some MC Hammer Time!

Don’t worry, I’m not about to promote a website about baggy trousers and dodgy 80’s dance moves. Instead, if you’re mad about dancing and want to shake and learn some crazy cool dance moves then the DanceJam website is the place for you to shine!

Here you can upload videos and let everyone see what a dance superstar you really are and maybe (if you’re really fab!) compete in the head-to-head dance offs and competitions. But, if you’ve got two left feet and don’t fancy yourself as the next Usher then you can just watch and rate videos of people dancing, promote their profiles and even copy the latest dance moves with the online slow motion tutorials.

Founded by the famous MC Hammer himself, there is the hope they will entice or even steal current YouTube users who upload dance videos, onto the DanceJam website. I don’t know about you but this site could be really great fun, but what would be even more fun (sorry this is my mischievous side coming out…) is if people started adding their dad’s or uncle’s crazy dance moves from the last family gathering onto the DanceJam website and had to come face-to-face in a dance off…how hilarious! ;-)

Click through to the DanceJam website for some Hammer Time!

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
