Tablet market is getting flooded with new brands, sizes and shapes, thus making it more and more difficult for the companies to differentiate their products. Samsung is planning to launch a new tablet, which would be 4G compatible and the tablet is likely to be launched by the end of this year. The company president went on record to proclaim that the advent of 4G tablets is "inevitable".

Samsung is all set to have a wide range of tablets. It is also scheduled to unveil its 8.9 inch and 10.1 inch tablets next month. If Samsung keeps going this way, then very soon we will have tablets with all possible permutations and combinations. The new 8.9 inch and 10.1 inch tablets are expected to retail for $499 and $599 respectively. Unlike, their 7 inch brethren, the new tablets will also feature tablet- specific Honeycomb operating system. These tablets will also have dual core processor under the hood.

The company is also looking to have third iteration of its Galaxy S mobile phone. The new version is likely to be out in 2012. Despite being embroiled in bitter legal battle with Apple, Samsung is smelling the sweet smell of success. Its Galaxy S 2 recently became the best selling smartphone in the UK, zooming past Apple's iPhone 4.  The company is now globally the second biggest mobile phone company by revenue.

Galaxy S II was launched last month and is more refined version of the original Galaxy S. The new phone comes with Android Gingerbread operating system. Samsung confirmed that it would be launching the phone in 120 more countries during the month of June. Well, good luck to Samsung for their 4G tablet endeavor, and we just hope that the company does not go Motorola way, which more or less made a mockery of 4G tablet.
