If I had the netbook I would be able to use it during the evening when my Husband was watching TV. Our PC is in another room and if either of us uses it the other one is alone, we wouldn’t have to be so antisocial.
I’d use it for everything, surfing, blogging, tweeting, facebooking, working – it would be invaluable when I am on holiday or visiting my parents (they live miles away so we go for a few days at a time). It would be fab
Ummm … on my lap?! ;o)
I’d give the laptop to my 8 year old daughter to help with her schoolwork.She struggled at school but enjoys using computers.I’d find lots of educational sites so she learns without realising it.
I would use this ‘ace’ netbook to surf the net using a mobile 3G card. Light and portable, it would be easy to carry round.
i would use the acer netbook for all the family to take around when out and about
i would take it on holiday with me to cornwall!

my daughter is in hospital a lot so i would take it there with me
I’d carry it about with me everywhere I go
I would sit in the garden to do my work, rather than be chained to the desk.
If I win, I can increase my levels of vitamin d by enjoying the great outdoors instead of looking at these four walls :)
I WOULD USE IT TO SPEAK TO MY SON IN AFGHANISTAN, HES A SOLDIER AND IT WOULD BE A GOOD FORM OF CONTACT WITH HIM
I’d love a netbook for my youngest daughter to use for her schoolwork. It would make such a difference to her as she goes up to secondary school in the autumn.
I would use it to try to win more of your fab competitions!
The laptop would be for my husband, I’m sick of him stealing mine!
@cfryer999
I would use this as my everyday computer as my partner is always on our PC and I only get to go on when he is out.
I would use it to nip onto the internet when I have a minute spare. :-)
I would use it to surf the internet to max out my credit cards buying loads of new gadgets, as well as socilaising with my friends.
I would use it to sale some of my junk and then find and book a holiday with the profits
I’d be lucky to use it at all. The kids would be on it all the time.
I would let my daughter have it. She’s only 6, but loves looking for information on the internet to help with her homework and having her own would make her feel very ‘grown up’
I would use it to get my daily fix of Gaj-it wherever I am!
I would use the Acer Netbook to keep up to date with all your gadget news
Sat in the garden in the blazing hot summer we are about to have
I would use it to surf the internet, use Skype and for my personal mail.
I would use this Acer Netbook,to play and surf the net
To write in it’s diary never to forget
Argos is your benifactor and gadjit is the best
So would love to win this prize of which I’m well impressed!
I would let my frail mother have it as she isn’t able to sit up at her Desktop PC anymore. She likes to be able to use google to cheat at her crosswords and play simple games to try and keep her mind active.
My old netbook is no thriller it’s weight’s streched my arms like a silverback gorilla!
I would use the acer aspire so small, sleek and ‘top rating’
to do a little courting on a site for internet dating.
Hi. Would love to win. Would use it to help kids with their homework, for tweeting and blogging .
I’d use it in lectures to type up what my lecturer is saying :)
I would use it mostly while commuting…those 2 hours a day go by very slowly! My current laptop is on its last legs and isn’t as portable as the Acer so it would be really useful for travelling with!
At present I am limited to a maximum of 2 hours internet access a day at my local library Mon – Sat. This netbook would enable me to surf whenever, wherever and on a Sunday! Top treat!
I’d take it on holiday & use it to watch films, keep up with the news & gossip & keep in touch with family
I could enter competitions and keep in touch with my friends wherever I am, especially when travelling.
I would use this netbook for all sorts of things. Its portability would be especially beneficial when touring in our caravan. I could upload my photo’s on to it while away for a break and surf the internet. Also keeping in touch with friends and family while on the move. Wow I hope I win it!
Dim is what I used to be;
until Wikipedia enlightened me!
Acer netbooks, they’re so sweet;
make me a winner and I’ll start to Tweet!
Browsing rubbish and other stuff. My primary school aged daughters would have a more productive use for it though. Our current laptop overheats and has buttons missing- this makes them cross!
I’d use it to record the data from my bee hives and raise bee awareness.
I would use it whilst sitting in my conservatory enjoying the warm weather!
I would use the netbook to go on the internet. Crazy I know. But true.
I would use my Acer netbook to save me from going insane when I’m on the megabus journey from hell travelling from Heathrow back north.
I WOULD USE THE NETBOOK TO ENTER FANTASTIC COMPETITIONS TO MY HEART’S CONTENT LIKE THIS ONE I AM GOING TO WIN!!!!
I would use the netbook to access all my favourite websites when I’m on holiday with my boyfriend – because I’d be lost without them!
(Which means he’s hoping you give it to someone else!!)
I’m self employed and do a lot of local shows and craft fairs. Busy ones are fine, but on those deadly dull days when no-one walks in the hall and I’m stuck there for 7 hours straight, an acer netbook would keep me sane!
So many uses!..Homework, book holidays, keep in touch with family and friends, order groceries, buy essentials and ocassional luxuries…it would be well used!
to enter competitions
I would take my Acer Netbook out into the garden and sit in the sunshine and do my work, instead of sitting in a dark cold office all day.
I would use it to get my Mum on the internet which she has avoided due to not having a computer
To communicate with people all across the world
