I would give it as a gift to my Mum whose laptop is incredibly slow and is very unenjoyable for her to use now.
I would love to win this prize, with three children in secondary school, I very rarely get access to the computer until the last one heads for bed!! This would be a god send to me – thanks for offering such a brilliant prize!!
I would use it to give my 15year old daughter every advantage she can get as she heads into starting her A levels in September. Life and education is hard enough and she works very hard and deserves to be given something that unfortunately I will never be able to afford for her

Acer as aces when it comes to technology. My first laptop all the way back in 1996 was designed by you guys. I would love this one because I could write on the hoof. I’m an aspiring writer with a bad back so your lightweight lovely netbook would be perfect for me. You would also be helping me out with a dose of Vitamin D when I take me and my shiny new friend out into the sun. Laptop really needed for one of them to save my (nonexistant) cash!.
I would give it to my daughter for her 5th Birthday as she is always using my Acer. She loves going on all the pre-school sites like CBeebies, Nick Jr, etc and as she gets older she could use the laptop for school homework.
I just found out I got into a performing arts school that I auditioned for a few months ago. They only accept 300 people so I’m REALLY lucky but it’s about an hour away so I’ll be spending most of my time on trains. The laptop I have at the moment is broken so I can’t shut the lid or carry it around with me and I can’t afford a new one but if I won this Netbook I’d be able to take it with me everyday so I can keep up with my blogs whilst on the train!
