3’s Smartphone Plans Leaked Online: Galaxy S Mini II and Nokia X7 on their way.

For the millionth time, the iPhone 5 is coming! It's going to be hyped up all year until it is released and then we won't hear the end of it until the iPhone 6 rumours emerge. Hopefully though this time the infinite chatter will be about how good Apple's new smartphone is not how crappy the antenna is.

But of course, there are other smartphones on their way. Some very exciting ones! Thanks to mobile operator 3 whose Road Map has been leaked online, we get to take a look at a couple of gems from the new wave of high-end smartphones.

First there's the Galaxy S II Mini. A high-end version of the Galaxy S Mini, Mini II comes with a 3.7 inch display, a 1.4GHz processor, 5 megpixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, and a VGA front-facer for video calls. It's a stylish little Android phone for those who want some cool with their calls and it's set to come with Gingerbread sometime this month.

The Nokia X7 is on its way in June. Given the shambolic performance of Nokia in recent times every one of their releases is worth keeping your eyes on as they'll be doing everything they can to ensure they grab back some respect as they attempt to claw their way back up to the top. The X7 gives us Symbian, a 4 inch nHD OLED screen, and an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus.

Which one would you go for? Or perhaps there's another smartphone you've got your eyes on? The Xperia Play for instance.

But if smartphone's aren't your thing then 3 will be offering the latest tablets such as the HTC Flyer and BlackBerry PlayBook in the near future.

I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
