iPhone 5 and iPad 2 To Have Same Release Date?

A rumour is circulating around the web that the iPad 2 rather than coming in by the end of April at the latest (as is currently expected), may now not arrive until summertime meaning that it could, theoretically be released at the same time as the iPhone 5.

This is of course based on Apple's predictable cycling of iProducts. The iPhone 5 will without a doubt be hitting stores in the summertime but will the second iPad be alongside it?

There would be nothing wrong with a dual release but Apple will probably want to space out the products in order to maintain as much hype and publicity as possible.

The claims which are coming out of Taiwan are of course unverifiable. But stranger things have happened. No news on why the iPad 2 has 'been delayed' though, which is a bit suspicious.

With the iPad 2, iPhone 5 rumours heating up so much in the past few weeks don't be surprised if Apple step in and tell it how it is.

At the moment  though they have not set a release date for the iPad 2, in fact they haven't so much as spoken of such a product yet.
