HTC unveiled two new smartphones at MWC and the phones come with their own dedicated Facebook buttons. Christened as HTC Chacha and HTC Salsa, these phones have certainly taken social media integration to a new height. Although, at the time of launch. the company did not make any mention of its carrier partners in the US, but ostensibly, AT&T has announced that it would be carrying two HTC Facebook phones. AT&T did not mention Chacha and Salsa specifically, but we really hope that the onslaught of Facebook phones ends with these models only.
ChaCha and Salsa both run on Android platform and AT&T confirmed its allegiance to the operating system saying that it intends to have the industry's best Android portfolio. AT&T is reportedly introducing 12 new Android phones on its network this year. These phones are likely to come from companies like HTC, Samsung, and Motorola.
