Nintendo Blackmailer Arrested In Spain

The problem with big companies is that they are big targets.

Nintendo have had recent 'security issues' with an unnamed hacker from the Malaga area of Southern Spain.

The hacker allegedly threatened to report Nintendo to data protection authorities over a security breach he was responsible for unless Nintendo met his demands.

The online hustler made the threat last week before posting information on one user on an online forum after the games giant ignored his threats,

It is reported that Spanish police have arrested the hacker and retrieved the stolen personal details of 4,000 Nintendo users.

Maybe they'll make a game out of it? Chase the Hacker 3D, anyone?

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
