Dell Venue Pro is arguably one of the best Windows Phone 7 handsets, however, Dell would not want it to be limited to one OS so it
released another version of the handset with Android 2.2 installed on it. Android powered Venue Pro is now available in the US for $499.99. The new unlocked phone is also sleeker than the original version as it lacks the slide out QWERTY keyboard.
Venue Pro sports 4.1 inch AMOLED touchscreen display and has a 1GHz processor under its hood. Its on-board storage is capped at 1GB but you can expand it up to 33GB using a MicroSD card. Venue Pro comes with 512MB of RAM and a 1400 mAH battery. Dell has layered Android Froyo with its proprietary Stage software. It also has an 8MP autofocus camera which is capable of video and audio recording. The phone is available with T-Mobile 3G and AT&T. you can order your phone now and the shipping is expected to start on February 18th.
