Now, that we are done with the speculations about Verizon iPhone, it's time to get some straight facts. Verizon has announced its $30 unlimited data plan for its soon-to-be released iPhone 4. The news has been confirmed by the company's chief operating officer in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. The company has definitely scored over AT&T as it won't throttle the speed and will provide 3G speed for unlimited data.
And now the caveat time, apparently, the unlimited data scheme is available for only limited time period. So if you are willing to avail of this service, you need to act fast. After the promotional period, Verizon will also offered tiered service in accordance to its agreement with AT&T. The phone will be available in the market from February 10. So, a clever move from Verizon to lure the iPhone customers away from AT&T. Additionally, the company has also announced that it would be dropping its $15 per month data plan. Verizon also has not provided its pricing for the use of iPhone 4 as personal hotspot.
