Samsung is working on upgrading Galaxy S phone and seems like that the new handset will be unveiled during Mobile World Congress in February. Although, at the moment, not much is known about the revamped Galaxy S, but the company has started a teaser campaign on its Samsung Mobile site. In the company's own words 'Something big is coming" on February 13th.

The new phone is likely to have similar feature to Google Nexus S. Nexus has been produced by Samsung in collaboration with Google. Samsung Galaxy S2 is likely to run on Android 2.3 or Gingerbread. The phone is also expected to have Near Field Communication or NFC capabilities. Apart from this, the phone will also follow the latest trend of equipping handsets with dual core processors. The current version of the phone has 1 GHz single core processor. And of course, it will also have a gyroscope. So keep watching this space, as we bring you more information about the new phone.
