It's been a good few months since the release of the revolutionary iPad and now we're coming into the new year, you'd think that the fuss would be starting to die down wouldn't you?
Well unfortunately (or fortunately) depending which way you look at it we're seeing the opposite. There's been a recent explosion in Pad related stories. There's more 'iPad killers' as they like to call them, on the way, the prices of the iPad have been cut and iPad 2 rumours are everywhere.
So what's happened now?
Apple has placed orders with suppliers for 65 million 9.7 inch iPad displays despite most market estimates predicting that Apple will sell only 45-48 million iPads next year.
Perhaps Apple are simply overly optimistic or maybe there's something more to it? Make what you want of it.
Could it be a sign of the arrival iPad 2 in 9.7 inch form?
What do you think?
