Driving games (well minus the epic carnage that is Burnout) aren't really my cup of tea to be honest. It would seem though, that I am the odd one out.
The highly anticipated Gran Turismo 5 has been doing amazingly well with sales figures.
Sony has just announced that the latest game in their racing SIM franchise has sold a total of 5.5 million copies since it went on sale just 12 days ago.
Sony have also announced that the sales from Gran Turismo 5 have pushed the total sales of the franchise to a total of 60 million games worldwide since Tthe first installment of Gran Turismo which was launched back in December 1997
With 5.5 million copies of Gran Turismo 5 sold in just five days, it is on target to be the most popular Gran Turismo game ever and possibly the biggest selling car/racing game of all time.
Have you got one of the millions of copies? If so, how is it?
