Samsung are currently working on a 10-inch tablet currently dubbed as the Samsung Gloria which will be running Windows 7. These is according to a report from the French Site Blogeee, which says the device will be using Microsoft's OS for tablets, as well as feature a slide out keyboard, bringing something which could change the way we define tablets.

There is currently no rumours going around what the Samsung Gloria's specs will be like, but it has been speculated that it is likely to have multitouch features. The picture shown is unfortunately just an artist's rendition of what the final result may look like, but gives us a visual aid on what we could expect.

The release of this device could be an opportunity for Microsoft to redeem their OS for tablets which gave a disappointing performance when displayed on an HP device back in January.

Samsung, who are already to expected to release more tablets next year have not made any comments on the Samsung Gloria, but there are rumours we could be seeing the potentially game-changing tablet March or April next year.

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
